The name we chose for our property, Villa alle Camelie, comes from the tradition of this area of planting gardens of ancient houses with beautiful “Camelia” flowers (camellia).
We have been working very hard to transform the caves of the Villa in three original and comfortable apartments, restoring and enhancing the particularities of Tuscan style as beams, windows, old doors.
All the apartments do have equipped kitchen, dishwasher, linen, air condition, Tv.
The beautiful and luxuriant garden is at disposal of guests who can dinner outside, take a walk with our animals or simply enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere of our place.
Fauglia is a very suggestive village in the heart of Tuscany surrounded by sweet hill, green paths, beautiful meadows and vineyards.
The environment is certainly its greatest feature but in the main street of the village you can still find ancient shops that only in small villages like Fauglia are still alive. You will stop spellbound to look at the shop windows! No supermarkets here, but a bakery, a butcher shop, newspaper kiosk and corner shop where you can find cigarettes and sweets.

Fauglia is very close to the beach, just 20 minutes by car and to the most famous Tuscan cities as Pisa (17 km) Lucca (40 km) Florence (80 km) Siena (120Km), easily reachable.
We also suggest visiting all the delicious small towns on the hills as Lari, Crespina, Terricciola, Casciana Terme, Chianni, Peccioli, Lajatico. Information and directions available.
These villages, during spring and summer time, become attractive places with their gorgeous restaurants, village feasts, street shows and live music.
In every corner of these towns you can easily enjoy typical Tuscan dishes and Tuscan wine!
