Our country house is an old farmhouse in the green of 1200 century, completely renovated, situated on a hill between Perugia and Assisi, very close to main cities of Umbria. We have 5 apartments of various sizes, all with fully equipped kitchenette and private bathroom. Panoramic swimming pool, private parking, barbecue area in the garden, children play area, wood stove, fireplace room, laundry room, all are for the exclusive use and free for our customers. In particular, we propose the apartment (with max 11 beds) called the SUBASIO. Located on the second floor of our country house which boasts, among other things, a beautiful view of Monte Subasio, on whose slopes is located the famous city of Assisi.

It is the best suite of the country house and our best-kept secret treasure.
The apartment is approximately 170m²in size and comprises several absolutely special rooms. It is furnished with antique furniture and it consists of a large double-room, a small room with double-bed, a large room with 5 single beds, a garret with divan double-bed, 2 characteristic bathrooms (of which one with a large bathtub), a drawing-room with TV and DVD. The large kitchen (50m² is very fine with a large fireplace and a large panoramic window. There is also a dishwasher .
The apartment is fully equipped to make your holiday as pleasant and as comfortable as possible and it is ideal for groups and/or large families.
